A Florida-based company has recalled three male enhancement supplements because they contain ingredients that may interact with prescription drugs, lowering blood pressure to dangerous levels.
Pure Vitamins and Natural Supplements LLC of Tampa, Florida is not the manufacturer of the products, but is voluntarily recalling Boner Bear Honey, Red Bull Extreme and Blue Bull Extreme supplements. The products contain ingredients that are not listed on the packaging, according to a notice the company shared on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration webhttps://gymforcestore.com/.
The Boner Bear Honey products contain sildenafil and tadalafil, while Red Bull Extreme and Blue Bull Extreme contain sildenafil, although the ingredients are not listed on the packaging.
The company said the ingredients can be dangerous for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease. People with these conditions often take prescription drugs that contain nitrates, and if taken with sildenafil and tadalafil, the ingredients could interact and lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.
Pure Vitamins and Natural Supplements LLC said the company has not received any incident reports connected to the recalled products. Here’s what to know about the recall.
Recalled Red Bull Extreme and Blue Bull Extreme male enhancement products that were recalled in March 2026 because they contain undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil, which may interact with nitrates and lower blood pressure to dangerous levels.
