Binge eating is a disorder where individuals eat a lot of food within a short duration. It may lead to obesity, diabetes and other issues. “There was a time in my life when the idea of not being a binge eater never seemed like a possibility for me. I had struggled with it for so much of my life, like since I was a kid, that it had just become the way I lived my life, regardless of whether I liked it or not. And I definitely did not like living like that, but I had never really known my life without binging,” she said.
